To be part of our dynamic, passionate world we are looking for a "Technical Product Design Team Leader" to be charged in our HUGO BOSS Izmir factory.

What you can expect:

Managing his/her team members within the framework of company rules and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing development plans,
Developing the product in accordance with HUGO BOSS Germany and other international customer demands, organizing mold grading processes, controlling the product workflow and ensuring the necessary communication and coordination,
Making mold modification and marker organization to ensure uninterrupted production flow and approving the method,
Designing industrial production methods and carrying out corrective work for the methods considered necessary,
Following the leading indicators to achieve the targets and planning preventive actions when necessary,
Preparation, control and sharing of internal department reports with senior management.

Your profile:

Bachelor Degree preferably in Textile Engineering,
Experience in leadership positions in the textile apparel field,
Able to use MS Office programs and programs such as CAD / Assyst, Form 2, CLO 3D,
Fluent in English and/or German,
Have leadership and effective communication skills.
