Assist and delight customers across multiple channels (voice, email, chat, social media)
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
Maintain customer records by updating CRM
Identify and escalate improvement opportunities
Handle customer recoveries highlighted through Accreditation Satisfaction surveys with a continuous improvement mindset
Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client
Receive and give feedback openly within your team
Follow the company’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies

What we are looking for Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Are proficient or native in German – fluency in English is a plus
Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal or external stakeholders at all levels from different cultures and backgrounds
Are excited to develop your career in Turkey (6 months, 12 months, 2 years – the choice is yours)
Treat all data and personal information with utmost confidentiality
