Foreign Trade Operation & Control Associate

(Temporary, 8 months)

Position purpose:

You will be mainly responsible for controlling customs declarations , preparing reports, following foreign trade and customs law & regulations and communicating within the department to react immediately.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

Conduct daily and monthly controlling of customs declarations
Coordinate entering import-related costs into the system and reporting. Control payment of duties as calculated on import declarations and investigating if there is any variances
Explore and check regulations related to customs, foreign trade and incentives in order to assure proper controlling of customs documents and in order to give alert for preventive/ corrective actions when required

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

University degree (preferably in Business Administration or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years experience in Foreign Trade Operation
Knowledge of customs and foreign trade laws,
Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word in specific
