Our client is one of the premier suppliers, manufacturing and delivering the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a; ‘Sales Engineer’ for (İstanbul Avrupa/ Bursa / Kocaeli / Batı Karadeniz) location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in preferably related fields (Engineering degree),
• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience of selling capital equipment,
• Experience in compressor & technical sales in a multinational organization,
• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• Excellent command of English,
• Self-driven, results- oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit,
• Competent and confident ; ability to modify style in order to to achieve results and maintain effectiveness,
• Reliable, tolerant and determined,
• Empathetic, communicator, able to see things from the other person’s point of view,
• Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability,
• Able to get on with the orders and be a team member,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business goals.
• Undertake proposals, including definition of the scope of supply & the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales.
• Develop sales with demonstrations, calculations, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
• Generate sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.
• Maintain regular contacts with all customers especially key accounts in the targeted segments.
• Support sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the weekly recording of visit and action reports.
• Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems and update relevant information related to these systems.
