Job Description

Provide inspired leadership for the organization WH and Production, Logistics , Quiloty and Sourcing
Make and prepare important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop team competences, measure them, ensure employee satisfaction
Inform team about company development
Work our and follow KPI system
Keep technology and maintenance updated
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
In charge for Health and Safety
Work with senior stakeholders, be part of Nefab operation community
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and maintained in departments works aligned and monitored with compliances laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Aim to save cost, advise for investments
Primer cost KPI Direct Labour, Direct selling and Manufacturing cost
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company prepare solutions
Fulfil ISO and HS standards
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team.

The Successful Applicant

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering); MBA degree is advantage

EXPERIENCE

5 + years of strategic industrial operation

LANGUAGES

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

PROFESSIONAL PRINCIPLES

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Business/market development track record working with different channels of distribution
Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
Ability to read, analyse and interpret the most complex human resource related documents
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to customers, employee groups, management at all levels of the company and occasionally to the Board and outside organizations
