💖 Someone who focuses on performance-driven design, not just making things look pretty.

Your current title might be Videographer, Marketing Artist, or Motion Designer.

What you will be working on:

Creating motion videos andstatic images for marketing campaigns to be published worldwide,
Generating new variations of existing creative assets based on performance data,
Creating visuals and videos (screenshots) for the App Store and Play Store.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Creative Suites, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop,
Ability to adapt to new tools (CapCut, ChatGPT, Heygen, ElevenLabs, etc.),
Following the trends especially in the US, and integrating them into assets,
5 days on-site office attendance (Levent, Istanbul).
Advanced level of English.
