General Manager

Defining and implementing the company's long-term strategy. Managing P&L and ensuring the sustainability of financial performance. Managing production, engineering, R&D, supply chain, and commercial functions. Supporting growth through business development activities. Creating new business opportunities in international markets and establishing strategic partnerships. Increasing operational efficiency and optimizing costs. Building and leading the senior management team. Representing the company before stakeholders, customers, and business partners. Aranan Özellikler: Degree in engineering from reputable universities (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), preferably with a Master’s or MBA. Minimum 20 years of experience in automotive, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors. At least 5 years of senior management experience. Strong experience in sales, business development, and international growth. A successful track record in operations management, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization. Mastery of quality systems, regulations, and industry standards. Experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams. Advanced level of English. (written and verbal)
