Design and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and optimizing sales processes. Develop innovative strategies to acquire new clients while strengthening customer loyalty. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Manage the sales budget and deliver insightful monthly and annual reports to the board. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment through strong internal communication. Represent the company at global events, building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Aranan Özellikler: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA preferred) At least 10 years of sales experience in corporate environments, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing innovative sales strategies. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development and motivation. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships. Advanced English proficiency, with experience in international business communication. Willingness to travel globally as needed.
