HR Intern (Part-Time / 10 -11 Months)

If you are 3rd year or 4th year university student interested in HR profession and want to learn and develop yourself; this is the opportunity for you!

We are looking for an HR intern who is willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR projects
• Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities
• Assist in HR systems
• Support employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Being a 3rd or 4th-year university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Result-oriented and eager to learn
• Good and effective communication skills
• Proactive and team player
• Interested in the HR field
