For our entity in Türkiye, we are looking for a BIM Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit Structure or Revit Architecture and with a strong working knowledge of all building systems. We are looking for creative and energetic candidates with excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

BIM Specialist 

A technical role, being responsible for the modelling and drafting of structures works in coordination with other disciplines, will be reporting directly to the BIM/CAD Manager. Considering the current portfolio, knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo and Navisworks is required.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Creation of parametric models based on direction/sketches provided by the BIM Manager and by the Project Engineers
• Generation of a detailed set of construction documents derived from the model
• Integrating Dynamo for automation of repetitive drafting tasks
• Assistance in design coordination with the BIM Manager and the Project Manager
• Preparation of typical details and Revit content library

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Min of 3 years of professional work experience in the coordination and BIM modelling of large-scale/complex projects
• Experience in delivering projects in accordance with international BIM standards
• Advanced knowledge and experience in using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks and Civil 3D
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment practices
• Knowledge of the English language
