Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
• Oversee the finance department's daily operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and financial regulations.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling roles, preferably within the tech or app development industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (Oracle, Logo, Netsis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of Turkish tax laws and financial regulations.
