Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
- Oversee the finance department's daily operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and financial regulations.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling roles, preferably within the tech or app development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (Oracle, Logo, Netsis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead a finance team and work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of Turkish tax laws and financial regulations.
