Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Ecommerce strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Ecommerce/DTC space.
Lead the development of creative assets, including website content, product descriptions, ad copy, email campaigns, and landing pages, optimized for performance and conversions.
Design and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and segmentation techniques to target high-value audiences.
Develop and optimize Ecommerce funnels, ensuring a seamless and frictionless user experience from discovery to purchase.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend.
Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Ecommerce, performance marketing, and direct response to continuously enhance strategy and execution.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

2 years of experience in Ecommerce/DTC marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Strong proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for crafting compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
Solid understanding of direct response principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and Ecommerce analytics.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools for optimizing website performance and user experience.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
